About this tool

Enter JSON data and a draft-07 JSON Schema. The validator reports whether they match, including errors such as missing fields, incorrect types and invalid supported formats. The initial example deliberately contains an invalid age value.

The configured Ajv instance uses draft-07. Draft-04, draft-06 and draft-2020-12 schemas are not supported here. Error locations are JSON instance paths, not source line numbers; remote schema references are not fetched.
